Common Questions
- How do I order concrete?
- Start by requesting a quote through our contact page or call us on 0409 998 671. Let us know your project type, the approximate volume you need and your preferred pour date. We'll come back to you with a detailed quote including delivery and any extras such as pumping or reinforcing steel.
- What concrete grades do you offer?
- We supply all standard residential and commercial grades including 20 MPa, 25 MPa, 32 MPa, 40 MPa and 50 MPa. Specialty mixes such as early-strength, high-slump and fibre-reinforced concrete are also available on request.
- What is the minimum order?
- There is no job too small. For smaller pours we can arrange minimix deliveries starting from as little as 0.2 cubic metres, which is ideal for post holes, small footings and patch repairs. Standard truck loads start at around 1.5 cubic metres.
- How far in advance should I order?
- We recommend placing your order at least 48 hours before your intended pour date. This gives us time to confirm plant availability and lock in your delivery window. For large or multi-load pours, a week's notice is preferred.
- Do you supply on weekends?
- Yes, we offer Saturday morning deliveries from most of our partner plants. Weekend surcharges may apply depending on the batch plant. Contact us to check availability for your area and preferred time slot.
- Can you arrange a concrete pump?
- Absolutely. We work with a network of trusted pump operators across South East Queensland and can coordinate a boom pump or line pump to arrive on site alongside your concrete delivery. Just let us know when you request your quote and we'll include it in the package.
