Terms and Conditions

The terms that govern our concrete supply and delivery services.

Effective Date: 1 January 2026

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Cossacred website at cossacred.com and all concrete supply, delivery and related services provided by Cossacred, operated by Reocrete, Brisbane QLD, Australia ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing our website, requesting a quote or placing an order, you ("the Customer", "you") agree to be bound by these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our services.

1. Services

Cossacred provides concrete supply and delivery services across South East Queensland and Northern New South Wales. Our services include the supply of ready-mix concrete, exposed aggregate, coloured concrete, polished concrete, concrete pumping and reinforcing steel. We coordinate orders through a network of over 60 batch plants and more than 1,000 trucks to fulfil your project requirements.

2. Ordering Process

Orders may be placed by submitting a quote request through our website, by emailing quotes@cossacred.com or by calling our team on 0409 998 671. Upon receiving your request, we will provide a written quotation detailing the concrete grade, volume, delivery schedule and total price. An order is confirmed only when you accept the quotation in writing (including email) and we issue an order confirmation. We reserve the right to decline any order at our discretion.

3. Pricing and Payment

  • All prices quoted are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST unless otherwise stated.
  • Quotations are valid for 7 days from the date of issue unless a different validity period is specified in the quote.
  • Prices are based on the concrete grade, volume, delivery location and any special requirements (such as accelerators, retarders, fibres or colour additives) specified at the time of quoting.
  • Additional charges may apply for waiting time exceeding 30 minutes per truck on site, weekend or public holiday deliveries, small load surcharges for orders below 3 cubic metres, and concrete pump hire where applicable.
  • Payment terms will be specified on your invoice. For new customers, payment is required prior to or upon delivery unless a credit account has been approved. Overdue invoices attract interest at a rate of 2% per month on the outstanding balance.

4. Delivery

4.1 Scheduling

Delivery times are estimates provided in good faith based on batch plant availability and logistics at the time of booking. While we make every reasonable effort to deliver within the agreed timeframe, concrete supply is subject to variables including traffic, weather and plant scheduling. We will contact you as soon as practicable if a delay is anticipated.

4.2 Site Access

You are responsible for ensuring that the delivery site is accessible to our agitator trucks. This includes providing adequate road width (minimum 3 metres clearance), stable ground capable of supporting a fully loaded concrete truck (approximately 32 tonnes gross vehicle mass), clear overhead access free of powerlines and tree branches, and an unobstructed path from the truck to the pour point. If our driver determines that site access is unsafe or inadequate, we reserve the right to refuse delivery. Any concrete already batched and loaded will be charged in full.

4.3 Minimum Orders

Minimum order quantities vary by batch plant and delivery location. Orders below the minimum threshold may incur a small load surcharge, which will be communicated to you at the time of quoting.

4.4 Acceptance of Delivery

You or your authorised representative must be present on site to accept delivery and direct the pour. Once concrete has been discharged from the truck, it is deemed accepted by the Customer. You should inspect the concrete upon arrival and advise the driver immediately of any concerns regarding consistency, slump or volume.

5. Cancellation

If you need to cancel or reschedule an order, you must notify us as soon as possible. The following conditions apply:

  • More than 24 hours before scheduled delivery: No cancellation fee applies.
  • Less than 24 hours but before batching: A cancellation fee equivalent to 20% of the order value may apply to cover administrative and scheduling costs.
  • After batching has commenced: The full order value is payable. Concrete is a perishable, mixed-to-order product and cannot be returned to raw materials once batched.

6. Product Specifications

All concrete supplied by Cossacred is batched in accordance with Australian Standard AS 1379 (Specification and Supply of Concrete). We supply concrete to the grade and specification agreed in your order confirmation. Variations in colour, texture and finish are inherent characteristics of concrete and do not constitute a defect. If you require concrete for a specialised application, it is your responsibility to specify the appropriate grade, additives and performance requirements at the time of ordering.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cossacred's total liability arising from or in connection with the supply of concrete and related services is limited to the value of the specific order giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental or special damages, including but not limited to loss of profit, loss of business opportunity, project delays, additional labour costs or costs of remedial work, except where such liability cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy conferred on you by the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) or any other applicable law that cannot be excluded or limited by agreement.

8. Force Majeure

We are not liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations where that failure or delay results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control. This includes, but is not limited to, severe weather events (including storms, cyclones, flooding and extreme heat that exceeds safe pouring temperatures), natural disasters, industrial disputes, supply chain disruptions affecting raw materials such as cement, aggregite or admixtures, government restrictions, pandemic-related shutdowns or equipment breakdown at the batch plant. In such events, we will notify you as soon as reasonably practicable and work with you to reschedule delivery.

9. Dispute Resolution

If a dispute arises in connection with these Terms or any order, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved within 14 days of written notice, either party may refer the matter to mediation administered by the Queensland Law Society or an agreed mediator. If mediation does not resolve the dispute, either party may pursue legal remedies through the courts of Queensland, Australia.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Queensland, Australia. Both parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland and any courts entitled to hear appeals from those courts.

11. Amendments

We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of our website or services after changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. For material changes that affect existing orders, we will make reasonable efforts to notify affected customers directly.
